Ordering Policies:
At Uniquely Different, every order is custom made and we want to ensure your experience is smooth from start to finish. Please take a moment to review our ordering policies before placing your order.
1.) Custom Orders
All products are custom made to your specifications. Please review all design details, sizes and spelling carefully before submitting your order. Once production has begun, changes cannot be made.
2.) Payments
All orders must be paid in full before they are added to the schedule and before production begins. We accept credit, debit cards and ACH through a Square invoice. We also can accept PayPal, Venmo or Zelle.
3.) Mock Ups and Order Approval
Mockups are only sent upon request. If you would like a design mockup/proof before we begin your order, please be sure to request it in the order. No mockups will be provided before payment is made and mockups are usually sent right before production, not at time of payment unless requested otherwise.
4.) Turnaround Time
Typical production time is 4-6 weeks after payment has been made. Rush orders may be available, but please contact us and let us know when you are needing the order and what you need so we can see if can accommodate. Customer will be responsible for Express shipping fees. November-February is our busy season and we ask for as much time as possible during that time.
5.) Shipping and Delivery
We offer local pickup free of charge in Jacksonville, FL. We ship via UPS or Fedex. We will only ship USPS at customer request and will not be responsible for lost packages if shipped USPS. Most orders are shipped under our Flat Rate shipping of $25 or less, however if your order contains oversized items, there may be additional fees. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
6.) Returns and Refunds
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds unless there is a defect or error on our part. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 business days and we are happy to help!
7.) Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement as long as production has not started. After that, all sales are final.
8.) Customer Supplied Items
If you provide your own items for embroidery or engraving, we are not responsible for damage due to product material inconsistencies or manufacturing flaws. We take every precaution, but customer supplied items are used at your own risk.
9.) Design Ownership
We reserve the right to photograph custom items for promotional use unless otherwise requested in the original order. All Custom artwork and digitized files created by us remain the property of Uniquely Different and may not be reproduced without permission.
