How To Place an Order:

Step 1: Browse & Get Inspired

Take a look at our products page and social media to see examples of our custom work. Whether you’re looking for horse show awards, gifts, apparel or branded items, we’re happy to help bring your vision to life!

Step 2: Send Us an Email

To place your order, please email us at souniquelydifferent@gmail.com with the following information:

  • Your Name and Contact info

  • Proof/ Mockup requested?

  • Item type (e.g. hats, tumblers, jackets) and item color/size/style

  • Quantity

  • Design Details

    • Embroidery: Thread colors, font preferences, wording

    • Laser Engraving: Font preferences and wording

    • Any logos/designs that you want included on the item

  • Deadline or Event Date (if applicable)

  • Shipping Address or Pickup Option

  • How you would like to pay and who to send the invoice to

Don’t forget to attach any logos, images or inspiration you would like us to reference.

Step 3: Review Your Order

Before submitting your order, please take a second look and verify all information is correct.

Step 4: Payment and Production

We’ll send you an invoice with your requested payment type. Production time is typically 4-6 weeks unless discussed otherwise and your order will be placed on the schedule once payment is received in full.

Step 5: Pickup and Shipping

You’ll receive notification when your order is ready for pickup or once it has shipped. Local pickup is available in Jacksonville, FL or we can ship anywhere in the U.S. Shipping outside of the continuous U.S. is available at an additional cost.
